Ensure that the domain you wish to register is still available. You may check it here.
Fill up the registration form below to generate a Request Form. The generated Request Form will be immediately e-mailed to Your E-mail Address, as found in the form you filled up. Please make sure that you only use English letters in the form (e.g. do not use "enye (n~)" ) because our Verification System will reject your form later on.
Reply to the Request Form we e-mailed to you. Do not make any modifications to the Form. Be sure that your e-mail client does not make any modifications to the Form. The slightest modification will invalidate the Form. After we receive this reply, we will mark the new DNS registration as "PENDING." You then have one (1) week to comply with all of the following requirements:

Show proof that the school is recognized by the Department of Education or CHED. As proof, we will accept a faxed copy of the school's DepEd/CHED recognition paper(s).
Show proof that the school has given you permission to register the particular domain name for the school. As proof, we will accept a faxed copy of a letter from the school's president or principal, written in the school's letterhead, authorizing the registration of the domain name.
Pay the DNS registration fee. You must pay this fee only after you have generated the registration form.

A "PENDING" registration which fails to meet all of the above requirements after the one week (seven days) period is automatically deleted from our databases without any notice.

A "PENDING" registration is activated usually on the same day when all the requirements are fulfilled. The notice of activation is then e-mailed to the domain's administrative and technical contacts.

Your E-mail Address	After you successfully complete this form, the generated form will be automatically e-mailed to this address for verification together with further instructions. New registrants must double-check that they can receive e-mail through this address. Do not use a Yahoomail address. (e.g. yourname@yourisp.com)
Complete Domain Name	The complete domain name you intend to register (e.g. school.edu.ph)
School Name	The official name of the school (e.g. The School, Inc.)
Postal Address	The postal address of the school (e.g. Metro Manila, Philippines)


Domain Administrator - Information (Required) The Domain Administrator will be registered as one of the persons authorized to request changes in you school's DNS registration. For this reason, we recommend that you appoint a permanent employee of your school as its domain administrator.


Name	Name of the Domain Administrator (Last Name, First Name)
Phone Number	Phone number (e.g. 812-1825)
E-mail Address	The Domain Administrator's e-mail address. PHNET suggests that you consider using an e-mail service that is independent of an ISP. Doing so allows you to avoid inconveniences in your e-mail service if your school changes its ISP. Please do not use a Yahoo mail account because its settings can not be modified and our verification system may reject modification requests from Yahoo accounts. (e.g. adminname@whateverisp.com)


Technical Contact - Information (Required) Because the Domain Administrator may not be a technical person, your school may appoint a Technical Contact who will coordinate with PHNET on your school's DNS registration. This contact person may approve modifications and changes in your domain information.

E-mail Address	The Domain Technical Contact Person's e-mail address. PHNET suggests that you consider using an e-mail service that is independent of an ISP. Doing so allows you to avoid inconveniences in your e-mail service if your school changes its ISP. Please do not use a Yahoo mail account because its settings can not be modified and our verification system may reject modification requests from Yahoo accounts. (e.g. techname@whateverISP.com)

Server Hostname	Host name of the fifth name server (e.g. dns5.school.edu.ph)
IP Address	IP Address of the fifth name server (e.g. 165.220.4.1)
Validation Key	To prevent the abuse of this service we require that you type in the validation key as seen on the left. Please note that the key is case sensitive.
