Proof that the school is recognized by the
Philippine government as an educational institution.
A copy of the DepEd/CHED/TESDA recognition paper(s) or Repuplic
Act (for state educational institutions) is acceptable.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
incorporation document of the institution only proves
that the institution is a company or corporation.
It is not a valid proof that the institution
is a recognized educational institution.
Letter of authorization from the school's president or principal,
written on the school's letterhead, authorizing the registration of the
domain name. It must have a current date. See this sample
