What about the DNS service?

For your website to have a valid Uniform Resource Locator (URL) accessible to the entire Internet (e.g. http://www.myschool.edu.ph), you would need the following:
  1. The PHNET EDU.PH DNS service for myschool.edu.ph
  2. A functioning DNS server for myschool.edu.ph
  3. The assignment of an IP address to www.myschool.edu.ph.

The IP address will be provided by PHNET when your Web Hosting Service is approved. This IP address is that of the PHNET Web Hosting Server assigned to you. You would have to configure your DNS server to ensure that the IP address is properly assigned to your website name.
