This form allows you to query the PHNET Web Hosting Database to retrieve the password for your account. The password will be e-mailed
to both the technical and administrative contacts of the hosted site. The password will not be displayed here.
First, type the
validation key as shown in the image below. Note that this key is case-sensitive. Second, type your website name (e.g. www.myschool.edu.ph), and then click on the "Query" button.
