EDU.PH Registration Form 

 
  1. Read the Service Agreement which governs this service. If you agree with it, proceed to the next steps.
  2. Check that the domain you wish to register is still available.
  3. Fill up the registration form below to generate a request. Please note the following:

  4. Read and follow all the instructions found in the Verification Form. Reply to the Verification Form emailed to you. Your reply to the Verification Form is immediately and automatically processedy by our system.
  5. Final Notes:
    1. A "PENDING" registration which fails to meet all of the above requirements after the one week (seven calendar days) period is automatically deleted from our databases without any notice.

    2. A "PENDING" registration is activated usually on the same work day when all the requirements are fulfilled.  The notice of activation is then emailed to the domain's administrative and technical contacts. If your registration is not activated on the same word day, please email our tech support to call our attention.

    3. All emails must not exceed 2048KB in size and must be sent to support AT ph.net. Our tech support is only through email.

Domain Administrator - Information (Required)
The Domain Administrator will be registered as one of the persons authorized to request changes in you school's DNS registration. For this reason, we recommend that you appoint a permanent employee of your school as its domain administrator.
